ANGER MANAGEMENT - Chaplain Otto Ministries Veterans Outreach is committed to supporting veterans facing tough challenges. Using a nationally approved Faith Based Anger Management course and teaching this to Veterans in prison and we are excited to announce that it will now be available online with Spotify as a FREE Podcast. This allows family members of the veterans attending classes in prison to participate in the course with their incarcerated veteran. It is also available for any veteran who is struggling with PTSD, anger, substance abuse, and suicidal thoughts. For incarcerated veterans, PTSD can feel like being a POW - prisoners of war in their own minds, and they are MIA - missing in action from those they love. Our Veteran’s Ministry is here to support these veterans, as well as those who are struggling with invisible bars, feeling trapped in their own mental prison. We provide a safe and welcoming environment where they can get the help they need.We believe in supporting our veterans and their families.

Prison Ministry - We are dedicated to serving veterans and those who are incarcerated. With over 80 prison visitations behind bars in Ohio, Chaplain Otto has been scheduling, facilitating, teaching, and preaching since 2019. Currently, he works with three prisons, and also hosts a special family event twice a year at Ohio's Maximum-Security Prison. Otto has also been a special guest speaker for Pickaway Correctional for Memorial Day and Chillicothe Correctional for Veterans Day.
Otto understands the unique challenges that veterans face after service . That's why we've developed an Anger Management program specifically for incarcerated veterans, which is held at Pickaway Correctional and Chillicothe Correctional on a weekly basis. Our team is committed to going behind the wire at least 9 times a month to provide the necessary support and guidance to our 38 students. We also offer a phone mentorship program 4-5 nights a week for 45 minutes. With a total outreach of 323 inmates across 3 prisons, our program is making a real difference in the lives of those who have served our country and who are now serving time.
We are here to serve those who need us most, reminding them they are FORGIVEN & NOT FORGOTTON
